Chai, a spiced tea originating in India over 5,000 years ago, is the inspiration behind our seasonal chai bread. Available from September 23rd to November 15th, 2024, our bread is infused with a rich chai concentrate made from a South Asian blend of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, black peppercorn, cloves, and fennel seeds. This flavorful syrup is swirled throughout the dough, creating a subtly sweet and aromatic loaf. Enjoy it with a cup of chai or paired with honey and nuts for a perfect autumn treat.
